離(li)(li)心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)是根據(ju)動能轉換(huan)為(wei)勢(shi)能的(de)原(yuan)理(li),利用(yong)高(gao)(gao)速(su)旋轉的(de)葉(xie)輪將氣體(ti)加(jia)速(su),然(ran)后減速(su)、改(gai)變流(liu)(liu)向(xiang),使動能轉換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)勢(shi)能(壓(ya)力)。在單級離(li)(li)心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)中,氣體(ti)從軸(zhou)向(xiang)進入(ru)葉(xie)輪,氣體(ti)流(liu)(liu)經葉(xie)輪時改(gai)變成(cheng)(cheng)輕向(xiang),然(ran)后進入(ru)擴壓(ya)器(qi)。在擴壓(ya)器(qi)中,氣體(ti)改(gai)變了(le)流(liu)(liu)動方向(xiang)造成(cheng)(cheng)減速(su),這種減速(su)作(zuo)用(yong)將動能轉換(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)力能。壓(ya)力增(zeng)高(gao)(gao)主要(yao)發生(sheng)在葉(xie)輪中,其次(ci)發生(sheng)在擴壓(ya)過程。在多級離(li)(li)心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)中,用(yong)回(hui)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)使氣流(liu)(liu)進入(ru)下一葉(xie)輪,產(chan)生(sheng)更高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)力。我們的(de)離(li)(li)心(xin)風(feng)機(ji)在設計理(li)論上(shang),設計方法(fa)上(shang)都(dou)比(bi)較落后,產(chan)品開發很多都(dou)是采用(yong)仿(fang)制和(he)(he)類(lei)比(bi)的(de)方法(fa),嚴重缺(que)乏(fa)理(li)論根據(ju)和(he)(he)實驗研究數據(ju),加(jia)工裝備和(he)(he)工藝水平也(ye)比(bi)較落后,加(jia)工精度低、生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv)低,產(chan)品系(xi)列化(hua)和(he)(he)通用(yong)化(hua)程度不(bu)高(gao)(gao),規格品種少,泵效率(lv)、質量和(he)(he)可靠性、密(mi)封性能、耐腐蝕(shi)性能等(deng)方面還有非常大(da)的(de)差距。

在(zai)生產中我(wo)們經常見到(dao)離(li)心(xin)風機的(de)(de)集流(liu)(liu)器(qi),它(ta)主要是起到(dao)一個保證流(liu)(liu)平穩地進(jin)入葉輪(lun)(lun)(lun),從而減小流(liu)(liu)動損失的(de)(de)作用。當產生的(de)(de)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)跑進(jin)集流(liu)(liu)器(qi)里邊之(zhi)后(hou),在(zai)壓強的(de)(de)作用下,這些(xie)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)運動的(de)(de)灰(hui)原來(lai)越快(kuai),在(zai)集流(liu)(liu)器(qi)的(de)(de)喉部(bu)處會形(xing)成強勁的(de)(de)風速。隨(sui)后(hou)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)從喉部(bu)出來(lai)沿(yan)著(zhu)雙曲線(xian)就擴散出去,和葉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)前盤相會之(zhi)后(hou)墜入愛河。通過(guo)集流(liu)(liu)器(qi),葉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)道內將會一直有源源不斷的(de)(de)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)。集流(liu)(liu)器(qi)與工作葉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)前盤之(zhi)間(jian)存在(zai)進(jin)口(kou)間(jian)隙是影響離(li)心(xin)風機效率最不能(neng)忽視的(de)(de)因(yin)素,由于間(jian)隙兩側的(de)(de)風壓不等,葉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)進(jin)口(kou)處風壓低,因(yin)此必然有部(bu)分氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)經過(guo)間(jian)隙流(liu)(liu)入葉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)進(jin)口(kou)。
